Quintop support HR, by means of Datawarehousing, at making transparent the staff consequences and anticipating on the expected organisational changes. We participate at a customer who has started the previous year with splitting up its organisation as a result of an adoption by a number of partners. Logically, this junction contains also large shifts to the staff front. In order to make the staff consequences transparent and to lead the changes in a good manner, the datawarehouse is used. The datawarehouse contains basic facts of all employees. By coupling the correct information in the correct manner it is for HR possible to make clear reports in a fast and efficient manner. For these data reports Quintop ensures the engagement of the required data. As a result of the correct reports, the Executive Board can control the organization or make some adaptations. Furthermore, the changes can be managed well and the concerning organisations do not stand for unexpected surprises. Moreover, for anticipating on the expected organisational changes we make prototypes of the possible organisation forms and - structures (including the capacity expectation). As a result of our experience and expertise we can realise this very rapidly. Thereby we think with the top of the organisation in order to make the battle strength of HR as big as possible.
