Sometimes, compensation and benefit plans are in need of modernization or harmonization. Although the process might be complex, Quintop has developed an easy and simple approach with which these plans are carefully reviewed and, subsequently, adjusted. Quintop has been able to successfully modernize or harmonize organization’s compensation and benefit plans, thereby ensuring organizational actors are in support of the change.

We play a facilitating role (e.g., as independent chairperson or process facilitator) in employer-union or director-works council consultations about terms of employment.
